Who sells Culma

Licenses and subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, United Kingdom, as the merchant of record. Paddle sells to you in its own name, issues your invoice and collects and remits the sales tax. The software and the service are provided by ZNIPP GmbH under the terms.

ZNIPP GmbH is registered for Swiss VAT and holds no VAT registration in the European Union, because the merchant of record accounts for EU VAT on these sales.
